How much notice do you require for a booking ?

Obviously the more the notice given the better chance you have that we will be available for the exact times you need us. Of course if we are not previously booked we are more than happy to take last minutes bookings.

What methods of payment do you take ?

Bank Transfer, Cash and EFTPOS. Please be advised that EFTPOS transactions incur a 10% Merchant Fee.

What hours do you operate ?

24/7 – 365 days a year.

Are you equipped with child seats ?

Yes. We have baby seats & booster seats available. Please request on booking.

Where can you take us ?

The simple answer is anywhere you want! There's no limit for where we can pick you up from or drop you off, however longer distances will be charged a relocating fee.

Can we extend or change our hire after it has commenced ?

Any booking can be extended providing there is no prior bookings for the vehicle in the time that you are requesting. We try our best to be as flexible as possible with changes in time for your events etc.

Do you have minimum or maximum number requirements ?

Our vehicles are designed for the comfort of groups however we can take individual bookings. For this reason there isn’t a minimum number, however the maximum that our buses can seat is & 24 passengers.

Can we eat on the bus?

Any food/soft drinks or water consumed in our vehicles is up to the discretion of the driver and must be done so with care and be removed with you on your departure.

Can we consume alcohol on the bus ?

It is illegal to consume alcohol in a moving vehicle in the State of Western Australia and in accordance with this we do not permit alcohol to be consumed in our vehicles.

Can we bring our own music ?

Our bus is brand new and for your enjoyment, it has Ipod connectivity. So if you have a favourite playlist that you want to listen to, then bring it along and we can play it for you. The bus also has speakers in the rear so that everyone gets to enjoy the music!

What does it cost to hire your mini bus ?

There is no "Set Fee" as everyone's circumstances are different. We base our pricing on your collection & drop off point, the number of passengers and the time required to do the job. For an accurate price please feel free to contact us for a no obligation free quote.
